Dean has over 30 years of experience in electronic and systems engineering and management/sales in automotive, manufacturing, OEM and medical industries. Dean has a wide field of expertise ranging from custom electronic design, FPGAs, GPGPUs, embedded, software development including fuzzy/neural systems, project management and engineering. Dean sees endless potential for leading edge electronic hardware and software technologies.
Steve Schutz
Vice President of Engineering & Technology
Steve has over 25 years of experience in engineering of leading edge technology, controls systems, software and management in manufacturing and OEM environments.
Over 15 years of Steve’s career was spent at a major worldwide automotive supplier as a Corporate Engineering Manager, Plant Manager and Technology expert. Steve was involved in all facets of controls system design, production and implementation for a vast array of “leading edge” manufacturing systems.
As an owner of a small engineering firm his focus has been on the design and implementation of custom controls solutions for a wide range of industries. These include large plant wide installations as well as embedded systems.
In Steve’s “free time” he delves into new technology always looking for improvement and what can now be possible with new technology breakthroughs.
Dan Schutz
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Dan has an extensive background in business management and hands-on skills in, Information technology, low voltage services, networking and telecommunications. Dan has a true entrepreneurial spirit and currently runs several successful businesses. The knowledge and support offered by these companies aided in the launch of PCT Adaptive and continues to complement its daily operations. Today Dan is an active VP of sales and marketing.
Dave Janicki
CFO
Dave serves as the Chief Financial Officer for PCT Adaptive Technology. In his role, he is responsible for all of the finance matters. Financial Analysis, Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Forecasting, Joint Ventures and Mergers, Payroll Management, Property Management, and Tax Prep. Mr. Janicki has over 30 years experience in business and telecommunications. He has done it all from installations to his work as a corporate technical manager.
