Dan Schutz
President and CEO

Dan has an extensive background in business management and hands-on skills in telecommunication, networking, Information technology and low voltage services. Dan has a true entrepreneurial spirit and currently runs several successful businesses. The knowledge and support offered by these companies aided in the launch of PCT Security and continue to complement its daily operations. Today Dan oversees the company as the CEO.

Dave Janicki
Vice President and CFO

Dave serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PCT Security LLC. In his role, he is responsible for all of the finance matters. Financial Analysis, Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Forecasting, Joint Ventures and Mergers, Payroll Management, Property Management, and Tax Prep. Mr. Janicki has over 30 years experience in business and telecommunications. He has done it all from installations to his work as a corporate technical manager.

Jeff Ciuzicki
Operations Manager

Jeff Ciuzicki serves as the Operations Manager for PCT Security LLC. He has served in several capacities including Sales Manager, Project Manager, and I.T. Manager. Jeff has worked for PCT since the Fall of 2003. Jeff has worked in the communications industry since late 1999 when he became a Cable Modem and Installation Technician for EMS, Inc., a Comcast Cable Corp. contractor. Prior to working in the communication industry, Jeff worked 6 years with Mascotech, Inc. and MSX International, Inc. as a contractor for General Motors Truck & Bus in Pontiac, Michigan. Jeff worked as an Autotrol and Unigraphics operator as well as a processor in their Product Assembly Document division. Jeff currently resides in Warren, MI with his wife Barb.

Richard D. Shaffer
Engineering and Sales

Mr. Richard D. Shaffer has worked in the Low Voltage Industry for over 24-years, spending 4-years in the U.S. Army, then 20-years working for his previous employer. Richard worked his way from an Outside Plant Technician / Trainer in the military, to serving in roles as a Senior Technician / Foreman, Estimator / Project Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Engineering, General Manager then ultimately President of a multi-million dollar integration firm. Richard has a vast knowledge of the low voltage industry and was a key player in the design and implementation of the largest camera and digital recording system in the area, as well as countless other multi-million dollar projects involving many of the disciplines in the low voltage field. Having recently retired from his previous position, Richard has joined PCT Security with the desire to help build the PCT name into one of the most respected in the industry.
Richard also has a true entrepreneurial spirit and has run several businesses, including a successful Leadership Development organization as well as a Certified Disabled Veteran owned entity. His loyalty and dedication are unquestionable, and his reputation for exemplifying his core values of honesty, integrity and respect make him one of the areas respected individuals in this marketplace.
